Installation and server related problems

The editor will not load for me on my production site, but works fine on my test site. As far as I can tell, all settings are the same. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug in with no luck.

1. I'm using Wordpress 4.9.6 Chinese version
2. Just installed H5P, switched to PHP5.6 and enabled H5P hub in the settings.
3. When I'm trying to create a new content by installing "Multiple Choice", it shows that "Validating H5P package failed"
4. It shows that my PHP version doesn't support zip compression. I have checked my PHP info here (http://www.paintmob.com/tz.php) and it seems that zip, mbstring and openssl have been enabled.

I am getting an error to load admin page due to syntax error in H5P plugin. I cannot access my admin page and whenever I try, the following message appears:
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /var/www/auburnonline/wp-content/plugins/h5p/admin/class-h5p-privacy-policy.php on line 580"
