Installation and server related problems

When attempting to create new content that uses an H5P element, on "save" I get this error:

This value should not be null.

and the file upload input is highlighted in red. The file was uploaded and unzipped to the sites/files/h5p/temp directory, where it was placed in an h5p-[13-digit-alphanumeric] directory before the process ABENDed.

On page refresh (F5), after the form resubmits these error messages are finally exposed:

I have an interactive video on my site with one button to press at the end of the video that takes you to an external URL. I have recently found that by having your plugin activated on my site it slows down the site by 4+ seconds, which is crazy. What can I do to fix this? Or will I just have to not use your plugin?

It seems Moodlecloud I am using does not support Plugins Installation. I could not find the where to install H5P plugins. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot.
