Discuss problems with installing the H5P plugins/modules and content types as well as server-related issues

I have installed hvp 1.4 plugin on my MOODLE 3.0.6.
My Moodle app cannont access h5p hub because of network configuration.
Thus, I tick off the checkbox 'Use H5P Hub'n in MOODLE hvp setting page (https://moodle-dev.local/admin/settings.php?section=modsettinghvp).
Hello H5P community, I hope someone can help me with my installation. H5P looks fantastic, and I'm very eager to implement it on our site. Thanks for all the hard work that went into the development of this product, and for any support that I can get.

We are trying to use the Personality Quiz but it says use has been restricted by an admin. Is this content type only available as a plug-in for Moodle/Wordpress? We usually just add H5P content through iframes on our LMS.
