Installation and server related problems

Tried to install plug into our moodle configuration, but I was getting this page during install:
"Site could not be registered with the hub. Please contact your site administrator."

we are using h5p on a wordpress-installation with the plugin, and were particularily interested in Impressive Presentation, which we saw on this website, but werent able to find in the plugin as one of the downloadable content types. I saw an earlier forumpost about it not being part of the wordpress plugin for a reason, but I couldnt fully understand it. Is there any way to use impressive presentation for wordpress, or is it just not meant to be accessible? Thanks for your understanding and help!
