H5p on two LMS: verification code and profs

I understand that if your institution has H5p integrated in two LMS systems (both Brightspace - D2L) (for example, we connect H5p to both our Employee PD LMS and our Academic LMS), accessing an H5p activity in one system causes an email to be sent to the user with a verification code.

We've discovered that if the individual receiving the email just wants  to view an activity, they are promped to log in.

Installed 1.21.0 (2020080400) accidentally in a 3.10+ moodle

Hi, I recently installed the latest version 1.21.0 in a 3.10+ moodle version "by accident" (read: me not paying attention to what version h5p is compatible with). After that installation I cannot access/open by Admin menu anymore in Moodle. If manually go to a admin URL (like plugins) then I get this error (see screenshot) My question now is: how do I uninstall H5P without having access to the admin UI? Deleting folders? if so which ones and where are they located?
