Content creation

I have setup H5P in Wordpress and my first attempt was to create an interactive video, where the video would be on software training taking them through the process of using the software to complete specific objectives following narrated guidance (for example "click on the menu icon", "select the object").  I have managed to do this using the navigation hotspot and in the whole it works really well. 

I don't see the option to create an interactive video - only slide shows. This is my first attempt. I also don't see the expected platform, the grey menu bar at the top with Manage Content??? The interface is completely different.

When using H5P in Learndash is there a way to stop the user from clicking to move to the next lesson until all pages of a book have been viewed?
