Can't replace mp3 file with newer version

Hi all, I'm pretty new to H5P and the forum. When i try to replace an mp3 file in an h5p presentation with a different mp3 file, it doesn't work.
H5P keeps playing back the original file. Can you tell me what i'm doing wrong? Of ChatGPT's suggestions below I've tried 1, 2, 3, 6, and now 8.
I don't know how to do the other things.Thanks!

refreshing page problem

There is a problem here that I cant solve. when the student finish drag and drop exercises,he/she check the answers. but if the student refreshes the page all answers stay where they are. ı want to reset all the data on page refreshing. how can I do that?
