Branching Scenario

Hope you can help me out! Thank you so much!!!

I've created three Branching Scenario activities. They work correctly in the plugin editor, but when I view them embedded on my site they do not render in the page.

The first of the three embeds actually shows correctly if I am viewing the page while logged into Wordpress admin, but it does not appear when I'm logged out. In both situations, the second and third Branching Scenario iframes are not rendering.

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

I was installing the plugin as per the directions on this site. It installed exactly as planned. And then I started adding the content types as I started to inster an Interactive Content activity in a course. I was successful with no problems on all of the types except 3. I was able to successfully create a Column activity, a Memory Game activity and a Multiple Choice activity. Then, when I tried to create activities of the three types that hung during installation, I got the screens below.

I use the H5P Wordpress plugin on my site to create Branching Scenario Content. I would like to delete some content or duplicate others to use as a template and edit. But there doesn't seam to be any controls to do either. Am I missing something?
