It says (in spanish): COMPLETAR LA ACTIVIDAD (and I´d like to change the text)

Hi, all,

When run the scheduled task to download H5P content types, it shows error as follow:

"moodle_database::update_record_raw() id field must be specified"

MariaDB restarted but without any success.

The environment is: 

IIS 10 on windows server 2022

PHP 7.4.3

Moodle 4.0.2

MariaDB 10.3

Database restarted, but still failed when run the scheduled task.
