"Save content state option" won't save "Answered" state

I've enabled "Save content state option" but I think I might be misusing it
Is there a way to show previous answers only (right or wrong) without enabling the check button? I'm trying just to show a review of what the student has done (it's not repeatable).
When I answer a question (Fig1) and reload it loses the "Answered" state (fig2)

Unble to use h5p interactive video and course presentation

I am unable to install interactive video and course presentation. Tried all basic troubleshooting steps like uninstalling h5p plugin and updating moodle, clearing cache etc, but no joy. I have taken a screenshot of error that i get after pressing f12. Please help. The site loaded in a live server not locally installed. whenever i try install both interactive video and course presentation the editor is not loading for these two elements, but all other h5p elements are working fine. please advise.
