As the title says...
When I try to download a h5p file from my WordPress site (which has worked fine in the past, last done 6-8 weeks ago) I now get a page of symbols and garbage displayed and no download (see attachment).
This seems to be for any content type.
Is my installation broken or did the last update break something?

I am an avid H5P author and am developing content for people learning Vietnamese and been testing the Dictation content type out recently, see below, and wanted to get some others thoughts on the functionality of the feature of 'ignore punctuation'. I started a discussion with Oliver Tacke, its developer, and wanted to continue it here with the community.
I've been told via a developer (after discovering a limit of 120-130mb through trial and error) that this size limit was recently introduced.
For me, it's a game changer (in a bad way). Now I have to make files 10-12 minutes long to get under this limit in our current format, instead of chopping up videos where topics end more naturally. (Thus interrupting the flow of lectures and making quizzes at the end of videos/units not work anywhere near as well).
