Whenever I switch the action crate or upload nothing happens.

I am not able to take any action and all the below options get disabled.

It happning with moodle h5p for moodle 2.7 version.

Pls help me here.

What is the purpose of  

Restrict access to certain H5P content types mod/hvp:restrictlibraries 

in Moodle user permissions?

Then, we have these 3 permissions:

Create new H5P activites mod/hvp:addinstance   

Install new safe H5P content types recommended by H5P.org   mod/hvp:installrecommendedh5plibraries

Use restricted H5P content types  mod/hvp:userestrictedlibraries

If I created a course presentation using H5P - does that presentation then become available to other people who have a H5P account, or is it the content type templates that are available?
