Find the Hotspot

I am trying to upload an image to be used as a hotspot background. When it uploads, it does not give me an error code. It only shows the thumbnail with a question mark in it.  I am using the most current version of wordpress 6.1.1 and safari on a laptop macbook pro.

1.The content types Image Hotspots and Find the Hotspot keep showing update available event after update (see attached screenshot or this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPJ-dRMgyJ0). All other content types are updating as usual. Content type cache is up to date.

Hi,

I am trying to create a "find the hotspot" activity type that uses an image as a background and I am wanting to add "Alternative text" to the image background to make it accessible to screen readers.

I see no way of doing this, am I missing something or is this activity type not accessible to all users?
