Find the Hotspot

Disclaimer : I am a very beginner in this technology and new to this site. Apologies in advance if I am submitting this report on the wrong page/ with wrong tags.

When using the Find the Hotspot activity within a Moodle 3.3 installation, the activity adds a score to the gradebook on completion but selecting the magnifying glass next to the grade throws an error (This user hasn't submitted an answer to the H5P yet). Is there any way of viewing which hotspot a user selected?

Just wondering, is there any way to build a question set using Find the hotspot. It is a good content type to build educaitonal system for small children where they can make the selection. Course presentation currently does not allow to add Find the hotspot content. 

On another note, is there any way to enable fullscreen for question set similar to a feature available in Course Presentation.
