Number/counter predefined image hotspot icon
I've opened this PR for a predefined image hotpsot icon type that is a counter (eg, it numbers each spot on the image in the order they are placed on the content entry form.)

For the last month I can't use image hotspots on old iPads with iOS 9.3.5.
No matter which browser I use, nothing is shown.
I don't even see the examples of the h5p website. With iOS 10.3 I can see it from any browser.
Does anyone know what's going on?
Thank you.
1. I started with a scale background image of a badminton court

I proceeded to add hotspots and pop-up content
Problems:
- on mobile and smaller desktop window widths, the popup covers the entire background image even when the "Cover entire background image" is unchecked; scroll down then click on hot spot near bottom of image results in the the pop up text appearing offscreen
