Interactive Video

Some videos from YouTube now come with an age-restricted warning (medical/nursing/midwifery in particular) which forces the user to watch the original video on the YouTube website. This prevents the user from using the interactivity in the video altogether. Are you aware of this and can your team suggest a workaround?

Message - "This video is age-restricted and only available on YouTube." "Learn more" " Watch on YouTube"

I have a question regarding the Interactive book fullscreen.
I noticed the contents inside the book don't always resize with the IB container. For example, if I click on the fullscreen tag, the video type will scale up with the IB, fully takes up the container width. but the interactive video won't do that, it just dangles up there, makes the layout looking pretty strange. 
A similar thing also happened with Find Multiple Hotspot. It seem that the resize event either doesn't trigger the content to fully occupy the width upon resizing.

I have my own implementation of H5P on Moodle 3.9 and I was try to use interactive video.

Sorce of this video is our video portal where video is stored as .mp4.

If I use video via URL https://video.arnes.si/portal/asset.zul?id=J1McUIADZWgoFVATVZwUylhA
video can't be recognized. But If I first download this video and than upload from my computer,
video is normaly recognized.

How can I overcome this?
