Bugs in content types

When creating an interactive book (issue was also reprocued with a True/False Question, Multiple Choice Question and Quiz), a long block of text is added to every textbox once the activity is saved. This includes text boxes, True/False questions, and the activity description page. When returning to the edit page the text can be deleted, but reappears upon saving the activity. This happened whether the text was typed directly into H5P or was copy-pasted from an external editor. 

Issue was reproduced using Google Chrome and Firefox.

When I put free response questions into H5P interactives the data is not transfering across to the Moodle Gradebook once it has been marked. 

In Screenshot 1 you can see that the questions have been marked with the Score and the Gradebook reflecting the students results

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

I created an AR Scavenger Hunt to see what it does/did. Here it is https://h5p.org/node/1300965

The issue is that I created an Art Trail Hunt that has two items, but the completion image doesn't show when I have answered both questions. Nor does it "move on" from completing an answer (I have to click the top left listings icon) nor does it show the message once I've got a question right or wrong.
