Bugs in content types

Hi all,

I have encountered an issue where a ‘Vocabulary and Video’ H5P activity (Screenshot 1 and 2) is not recording the questions answered in the video on the H5P Attempt Report (Screenshot 3).

The Attempt Report does include the total score (10 points for the video and 7 points for the Vocabulary activity). The answers provided for the Vocabulary section are included (Screenshot 3). I am not sure why the answers provided in the video are not shown here.

I have installed Moodle version 4.0.4, moove theme version 4.0.7 and H5P version 1.22.4.

My question is this: When I add an activity or resource, I select the option that says H5P interactive content and everything is fine. ¡ The problem arises when I see the activity and it turns out that it shows twice the title and description of the activity! Does anyone know how I can hide the information since it’s redundant? and How?

Tengo instalado Moodle versión 4.0.4, el tema moove versión 4.0.7 y H5P versión 1.22.4. 
Mi pregunta es la siguiente: A la hora de agregar una actividad o recurso, selecciono la opción que dice contenido interactivo H5P y todo bien. ¡El problema surge cuando veo la actividad y resulta que muestra dos veces el titulo y la descripción de la actividad! ¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo ocultar la información ya que es redundante?
