Bugs in content types

Working in MoodleCloud with Moodle 3.11 I am having problems with "Course presentation" when trying to upload images (either jpg or png) I am repetiously getting the error "File is not an image" (see attached screenshot)

Sometimes if I try several times an image would upload sometimes it would never upload.

We have a problem with the addition quiz for first grade. Because they just can add one-figure numbers to other one-figure numbers, but in Arithmetic Quiz, Addition quiz part, questions only contain two-figure numbers.
