Bugs in content types

Dear H5P forum

When I make an interactive video I have the option to add a thumbnail but the picture  does not load with the player. 

As you are able to see I have added a thumbnail acordingly on thumbnail 1.png but when the player loads it looks like thumbnail 2.png. 

The video in question is a panopto hosted one, which in it self has a thumbnail, also not showing.

I am very new to h5p and am basically leanring by trial and error. I made a quiz (question set) on moodle (v3.9) using h5p, but the finish/submit button doesn't appear at the end for the students to actually submit the quiz and thereby complete the activity. 

I have attached an image of the final page once all quiestions have been answered as it appears, sans the submit/ finish button. How can I rectify this?

Previously I was unable to use the fullscreen feature on an old iPad.

Just tried it out with a new iPad and the fullscreen feature works fine but NOT on my iPhone 10.

The fullscreen button is visible, but it doesn't work when I tap on it.
