Bugs in content types

A student in my course on a window's computer shared screenshots of the results of her Speak the Words activity I created.

When I take the quiz, my answers are all heard correctly by the Speak the Words activity and are marked appropriately.

Though when she does it, the answers are heard correctly, but they are marked wrong. This has happened with MOST answers and I've included a screenshot of one.

Details as requested: Desktop, Google Chrome, am unsure of version number but Moodle support assure me it is the most up to date version.

I am experiencing issues with the Timeline function. I created a Timeline within an interactive book and it was working perfectly and looked great. I then wanted to create a second Timeline on a subsequent page of the book. I followed all the same steps but when I clicked 'save and display' the page was blank. Going back into 'edit settings' the Timeline is there and can be editted, but when the page is viewed it is blank.

A client is having an issue where one of the image hotspots is not behaving like all the others despite the settings being exactly the same. 

The 1st hotspot screenshot is correct, the 2nd hot spot screenshot: the hotspot doesn't fit the page nicely.

The settings for ALL of the hotspots are exactly the same, I have provided screenshots for them too.

Please advise.
