Bugs in content types

Receiving the following error when embedding content "Exception - Too few arguments to function page_requirements_manager::js_call_amd(), 1 passed in [dirroot]/mod/hvp/embed.php on line 94 and at least 2 expected".

This happens since the latest update of H5P.

We use Totara 13, but I found reports from people using Moodle as well.

Hello, I am writing from Turkey. In the touch smart boards we use in schools, neither windows nor linux, students cannot do their activities with their hands. But the same application is dragged and dropped with the mouse. For example, the applications on the page https://www.fenaktivite.com/6-sinif-1-unite-gunes-sistemi/  We especially encounter it in Drag and Drop applications. What can we do about it?

New issue observed in timeline tool: This has happened repeatedly and consistently tonight: I add a new event and am able to save/edit as usual. But if I select text in the event and then click the insert hyperlink tool, the screen freezes indefniitely. (Windows and other things work correctly--just that screen/Win10/Chrome.) My only choice is to refresh and lose all unsaved work and start again.
