Bugs in content types

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen) - H5P flashcards not displaying interactive content when accessed when embedded in dynamic tools like tabs, popouts, accordions, etc. The issue appears only to replicate in Chrome when in live mode. Appears normally while editing. See attached images. 
2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.

I did an interactive Video on the h5p website.

 Now I reused it on eduMoodle but there are some Buttons not working after upload.

How can I fix this ?

1. If I ad a new hotspot including a formula and click on the refering button, the formula is displayed correctly in the first instance. But if I click on the button the second time, the formula is displayed in source code. The third time I click on the button, the formula is displaye correctly again. The fourth time in source code and so on. How can I establish a correct display each time?
2. I'm using the Moodle version "mebis".
3. The error occured both mobile and desktop.
4. ...both on firefox and edge
