Bugs in content types

I have been creating Vocabulary Quizzes within the LMS Canvas with the Flashcard content type and when the students open the quiz, they can't see the flashcards and can only see the "next" and "back" buttons and the content description. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Love your help with this. 

Our developers are saying its a problem with the H5P plug in / video player. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem or has any ideas of whats going wrong. 

When playing H5P videos on Chrome on a mobile device (samsung tablet and iphone) via a Wordpress site. 

When I put the documentation tool in a column the export page do not open. Is there a way to fix this?
