Hi,
I am using many H5P tools in the various projects I'm involved in. Even though I'm a new user, I can see my list of content quickly growing out of hand. Is there a way where I could organize these tools into project folders?

Hi,
Which platform are you using?
In Wordpress there is a possibility to tag H5P content - and then filter on tags in the list. In Drupal, you could add a term reference field to the H5P content type, and e.g. create a view (views module) with an exposed filter.

Platform
I'm talking about within h5p's website on the My accounts page or the My content page (probably the latter moreso).
Because I'm putting together a number of h5p tools to insert in the various training materials I'm developing for my university, the list of content on the My content page is quickly growing. Since I'm not always allowed to finish one project before starting a new one, I thought it might be helpful to be able to organize the list into project folders so that I don't struggle to find certain content when it comes time to update the information.
Does that make sense?

There is no possibility to do
There is no possibility to do that on h5p.org right now. The possibility to create content on H5P.org for everyone was mainly done to demo the H5P editor, it is not built as a service. We are planning to release H5P SaaS (h5p.com) where you probably will get the functionality you are asking for. Stay tuned :)
