Unable to install true false and flash card library.

I am unable to install true false and flash card library and showing msg (Failed to download the requested H5P.).

If any have solution please help.

Hi chauhan04amit,

What is the the plugin that you are using? Open the error console (Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome) to check if there are any specific error message.

Please make sure that you have a stable connection. You can also check if there are any other plugins that may be interferring with the download.

Which platform are you on, Moodle, WordPress or Drupal? Do any of the other content types install?
