resume content

A necessity for me, having content remember/stay in the state you left it when returning.  It works fine for me, as admin, but I cannot get any other users to work, whether set to admin rights or not.  Any suggestions?

Hi Rex,

You can try enabling the "Save Content State" in the H5P settings. This is designed specifically to what you want to achieve. Please note though that editing the content resets the content for everyone.

Thanks, I did check "save content state" and it does work for me, just not any user I create regardless of rights I give them.   (good tip on content editing erasing the state though)

Hi Rex,

This is quite unusual. In order to give your report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi BV52,

I don't see the "Save Content State" option in the settings of my H5P.com account. Is it not available for the H5P.com hosting SaaS?

thx,

andrew

Hi Andrew,

You are correct this feature is not yet available in H5P.com but it will be in the future. I just don't have a definite timeline on when it will be released.
