H5P crashing / not saving changes Navigation Hotspot

Forums:
I am creating an interactive video and when I finish adding a Navigation Hotspot I click done and then it takes me back to the upload/embed page and fails to save my changes. Also sometimes it takes me to a broken page "This page is having trouble loading"
I have tried breaking down the process into smaller steps and saving more often with some success. Any tips or tricks to get around this would be great.
I had a quick look in the forums, but if anyone could recommend any particular thread that would be great.

I am using the high def mp4 URL. It happens when I add the second or third hotspot.

Hi,
I failed to reproducing the issue using the video that you provided, both by downloading and uploading it and using the link. I managed to add at least 6 hotspots to it but I did not get the issue. Is the error consistent whenever you do this or does it show up intermittently? I am thinking that the server may have had an issue albeit minor that it got resolved right away.

Hi BV52,
Thanks for all the time and effort you have put into this. It was having intermittently over the duration of one afternoon.
The server sounds like a likely cause. I will be working on it again later this week.
I will keep you posted.
