"The from value exceeds the maximum of zero" - interactive video

hetoame's picture

I am getting an error message (occasionally, not sure what triggers it) that says "The from value exceeds the maximum of zero" when I try to add a link or textbox in an interactive video. I can't understand it. There are no other interactions to interfere with what I'm adding... I am mystified..

Hi hetoame!

Sorry you're having trouble. To help us narrow down the problem, could you possibly answer these questions, please?

Is the video hosted on YouTube or somewhere else?

What browser do you use? Does the problem also occur with other browsers?

Is the problem consistent with the same video file or does it work with the same video after some time?

Is the correct duration shown in the video player bar at all?

Best, Oliver

Hello!

Same problem, when trying to add a text in an interactive video, when the vidéo is too long. The return errore code is never the same.

The from value exceeds the maximum of 0:33.

but sometimes it will say 0:20 or 0:15.

Is the video hosted on YouTube or somewhere else?

-- on my website, which is run by wordpress

What browser do you use? Does the problem also occur with other browsers?

-- chrome. trying to reproduce the problem with firefox but it takes times

Is the problem consistent with the same video file or does it work with the same video after some time?

-- consistent

Is the correct duration shown in the video player bar at all?

-- it is correct

The text still pops up at the right beginning time, it just lasts for 10 seconds instead of XX seconds I ask it to.
