Image hot spots mobile friendly

In the wordpress plugin the image hot spots is the best plugin I've seen so far.
The only downside is that the hotspots are not mobile friendly.
In fact, they get bigger on our phone compared to on a computer screen.

I'm working on a land map with multiple hot spots so it gets crowded very fast.
If I can't fix this I will have to switch to google maps. Which I really don't want to do.

Hi andiwatt,

Thanks a lot for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! We’re now working on something called the H5P supporter program allowing the H5P community to vote for and fund the top voted H5P features. Also there are developers in the community who every now and then works on a feature they find interesting or useful.
