Workflow for content creator in Course Presentation - several requests

Hi H5P,

First of all I'm not sure whether this blongs under Feature request or Content Creation.

If I've put it the wrong place, I'm sorry for that.

Workflow for content creator in course presentation

I'm a great fan of Course Presentation with all the nice features.

However - at times it's quite a lot of work creating the content, since I'm often dealing with a lot of audio and images. It's not uncommon for my content to have up to 40 audio files (please see dump 1) and for every audio file I upload I'm forced to go through the same (tiresome) process every time meaning:

  • upload every file (through the file picker) individually
  • Choose the skin/layout (transperant)

So for me it would be a huge help if I could:

  • drag and drop the audio file (into the slide)
  • the 'system' could remember my choice of skin/layout (so I don't have to 're-choose' it for every file)

Also it would be helpful if you simply could:

  • drag the images into the slides (again rather than uploading each one of the through the file picker)
  • copy/paste an image already uploaded and inserted in the slide (at times I have images that I use many times in the same slide). Please see dump 2

Thank you for the great work youv'e done, and hope you would take in to account the issues I've stated in regards of the workflow for the content creator.

Best trille

Hi trille,

You posted in the right forum :-). Anyway thanks a lot for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! We’re now working on something called the H5P supporter program allowing the H5P community to vote for and fund the top voted H5P features. Also there are developers in the community who every now and then works on a feature they find interesting or useful.
