I debugged a little bit further and run into an error in the console. In Dutch it says 'Uncaught Veld 7 mist name eigenschap'.
The error pops up when I do inspection on the editor of the MC question in the Course Presentation.
In other Moodle environments the error does not occur so I suspect it is specific for this environment but are not able to find the error causing this.

In the screenshot you can see that the item Media misses the expandable item and that Question (Vraag in Dutch) misses the field to enter text. The text 'Test' seems to be sitting in the textbox below the Media header.

This error occurs using:
Desktop
Chrome

Looks like there may have been an issue within the Dutch translation file. I'm not able to reproduce it. Are you still having this issue? Make sure you upgrade to the latest version of Course Presentation.
