Audio does not support .m4a AAC

Hi there!

I've been trying to upload a .m4a (AAC) file to the audio-type - but it doesn't seem to be supported.
The extension is listed here: https://h5p.org/allowed-file-extensions

Summary:
Audio does not support .m4a AAC
Content types:

Hi!

The whitelist that you are mentioning is not listing supported codecs by H5P libraries, but file suffixes that are allowed within an .h5p-file that someone wants to create.

Best,

Oliver

Thank you for adding the filetype m4a to the whitelist. There is a last problem: When I try to upload a h5p-project which contains m4a files I get a specific error message: filetype m4a not allowed (see attachement). Is this a solvable problem?

Thanks, Pascal

Hi pascal,

Do you have a sample content that we can use?

Hello BV52

Thank you for your response. Yes, you find a H5P-Sample attached. You can use this.

Thank you!

I am trying to use H5P audio on WordPress site, and despite a file that works in the native WP audio player, the H5P player does not work with this file. That's a shame because the file is good. All I see is a "not compatible with browser" which is not true.
