JPG File is not allowed

since hours i try to make a course presentation with my own pictures. And everytime I get the "this file is not allowed" faillure. I saw in the forum, that many other users have the same problem, but no solution, that works. Whats happened with this program? I think, it does not work properly.

Hi Wolfgang,

I'm not sure if you came accross this thread but to summarize it changing the file extension to lower case should do the trick.

Thank you for the fast request and sorry for to write in the the false tread. But your answer is the same, as i can read everywhere in case of this question. And to stress the point: it doesn`t work! I tried it with any sizes (650 kb - 10 MB) and any extensions (JPG, JPEG, TIF, GIF, PSD.. what ever you want). Please give me a resolution I can work with, besdt regards Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,

It's not the size of the file. It's the file extension, if it isge it to lower c in capital it will not work if you chanase (.jpg, .jpeg etc.) it should work.

Yes, that solution works - I never heard bevor about this problems. Maybe it`s a topic for the FAQ?
