Hi bijubehnan,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

  1) Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen) We are using Moodle version for past 3 years and upgraded to 3.7 few months back. There was no issue in editing previously. Login to moodle go to courses, click on topics>click on H5P MCQ content file> edit settings> Try to edit one of the MCQ options, it can be edited , when you click on save and display , the content is not getting saved, the previous same content is displayed. I am trying to edit the word subject matter manager to" subject matter expert."

  2) Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle. = Moodle 3.7 Build 20190520

  3) Mobile or Desktop - Desktop.

  4) Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc = Chrome

  5) H5P plugin version: 1.9 2018053100, IMS 201905200

  6) H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample

URL or attached H5P. Interactive Multiple choice, file attached.

  7) Any browser console errors

  8) Any PHP errors [1]  Linux ip 172-31-29-194 4.4.0-1067 X86 64 Build date May 3 2019 9.23.41

  9) Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

Hi bijubehnan,

I'm a bit confused with the details of your report you mentioned "I am trying to edit the word subject matter manager to" subject matter expert.", but your screenshot already shows that is 'subject matter expert' as well as the content that you attached.

Hi , Sorry , the screen shot shows " Subject manager expert" i want to correct this to "subject matter expert" . Attaching screen shot again for clarification.

Hi bijubehnan,

You're right I think I need more coffee :-)

I was able to edit the content using a similar system so it's not the Moodle version nor the H5P fiel that is causing this. If you are not seeing any error messages in the browser console or PHP errors I suggest that you try turning off temporarily other plugins that are installed in Moodle and try again.
