Hi I see on any tutorial that a slide can have an embedded audio in it. But I can't find the button (image) has anything changed? If I can find and put an audio file in a slide of a Course presentation, can I play it automatically for all it's lenght before the user can go on the next slide?

Hi ilfungo!
I believe there may be a problem with your system. The audio button should be next to the anchor symbol. I assume the proper audio library is missing for some reason, but usually this can be fixed by downloading the demo content from this site and uploading it to your site.
No, you cannot force someone to listen to the audio before he/she can proceed to the next slide.
Best,
Oliver

Thanks for your reply however
Thanks for your reply however the screenshoot is taken from h5p.org . It's not a wordpress, moodle or whatever installation. The reason to "force" somebody to listen to the audio is the course must be followed completely. It's the same that happend with an interactive video, you force somebody to whatch and listen. I will go on with the video!
Thanks Federico

Hi Frederico!
I did not ask for a reason why you want to force someone to "attend" some lecture video or whatever. If you want to waste other peoples' time and follow bad practice IMHO, feel free to.
Best,
Oliver

Hi Oliver,thanks for the hint
Hi Oliver,
thanks for the hint with the library, in my case there is the missing audio-button for teachers only, but when I'm root, I can see it. Do you have any ideas about it?
Thanks in advance and regards,
Reinhilde

Hi Oliver and thanks for your answer. The reason to "force" somebody to listen to the audio is due to the need that the course must be completelly attended in order to get a certificate. It's the same that happend with an interactive video. Will go on with the video option.
thanks Federico

Hi Federico,Audio is not
Hi Federico,
Audio is not enabled in H5P.org and the only reason that Course Presentation is enabled is to test Interactive Book. To provide a best possible experience for new users and to ensure that people use H5P.org only for trying out H5P (we've had more traffic than our server can handle lately, ref also the warnings when you create content, embed content and view the content) we are experimenting with which content types should be available here.
Check the getting started page for information on how you can use all the content types and use H5P for real. We unfortunately are not able to provide free hosting, only free software :)

Have you checked content type
Have you checked content type restrictions that may be set?

Thanks
Thanks for your answer here, otacke. I deleted my original post by accident while I wanted to correct a typo. The solution for the problem, that an admin could see the button, but teachers not, was: it was a "restricted content type".
Had to change that. But now I've another question:
We've three libraries of type "audio" in different versions. I'd like to clean up and to delete the older ones. How can I find out, which libraries depend on one of it, when the column "Library dependencies" shows a number higher than zero (on the page "Plugins" --> "Activity modules" --> "H5P" --> "H5P Libraries") while using the moodle H5P-Plugin, not the core component? BTW, why can't I find this libraries via "General" --> "H5P" --> "Manage H5P content types" in the tab "Installed H5P libraries"?
Thanks in advance,
R.

First of all: It can be
First of all: It can be absolutely normal to have different versions of libraries. Some (older) content types require older versions of other libraries, some require newer ones. Both will be supplied.
About the library management: As far as I recall, the H5P plugin for Moodle lacks some features compared to the H5P plugin for WordPress. While the latter allows to get info on what content still requires a library, Moodle does not. Same goes for deletion which would be offered if there were no depencely links left.
And then: Please note that the H5P plugin for Moodle and Moodle's own H5P integration run absolutely separately. The do not share any libraries. While the H5P plugin lists all libraries (content type and supportive) under "Plugins" --> "Activity modules" --> "H5P" --> "H5P Libraries", Moodle's own H5P integration only lists content type libraries under "General" --> "H5P" --> "Manage H5P content types".
