Hi Janel,

H5P is open source so making changes to it is perfectly fine. In regards to using it commercially, refer to each repository for individual licensing information. But in general most of H5P is licensed as MIT, which makes it perfectly viable for commercial use. For more info on licensing see: https://h5p.org/licensing.
