Dictation editor not showing in Wordpress

Hi, I started using H5P in WordPress literally a week ago, mainly because of Dictation. During the whole week I created many activities, but since yesterday the editor (for the Dictation module only) won't open properly. It shows only up to the Description field, so I can't edit the ones I created or create new ones. However, when I view the activities I created they are working normally, so it's only a bug on the editor side only.

  • I'm using WordPress 5.5, Desktop Windows 10, Google Chrome, H5P Plugin version 1.15.0
  • I haven't experienced any errors in the browser or PHP
  • No recent changes (no new plugins or configurations)
  • No new extensions or updates in the browser

The Dictation editor appears as the picture I attached.

Any help would be very welcome. Thanks!

Hi coreanoonline,

Please double check the browser console (ctrl+shift+J for Chrome) for any error messages.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

It turns out the problem was caused by an incompatibility with the plugin Tin Canny Reporting for LearnDash. I contacted them and they sent my a plugin that resolved the issue.
