Interactive_video_video_from_URL_is_unknown?

Hello,

I have my own implementation of H5P on Moodle 3.9 and I was try to use interactive video.

Sorce of this video is our video portal where video is stored as .mp4.

If I use video via URL https://video.arnes.si/portal/asset.zul?id=J1McUIADZWgoFVATVZwUylhA
video can't be recognized. But If I first download this video and than upload from my computer,
video is normaly recognized.

How can I overcome this?

Hi Ivan,

The URL you are using is the "player" webpage, the Interactive video needs the "source" URL. The difference is that the player URL contains more than the video compared to the source URL which is where the video is saved in the video hostings server. You can check with the video hosting provider on how you can get the source URL.

Hi Ivan,

I forgot to mention. The source URL usually ends with .mp4 or whatever the video format is.
