Posters question displayed as buttons on interactive videos using chrome

Our University is using H5P to develop interactive videos on Moodle. Within the interactive videos, we set questions to be displayed as posters but we recently noticed that there's a glitch happening when switching from one video to another one within different weeks on Moodle since the next video we try to play shows questions displayed as buttons instead of posters and this is only happening with Chrome. In Firefox and Safari, this isn't happening. We also noticed that to fix a video with questions displayed as buttons we need to reload Moodle but when we watch another video this one behaves the same.

I would like to mention we added the interactive videos as embed links on Moodle since we are already creating these from the h5p.com website and from the h5p website videos are perfectly working.

Hello. I NEED the interactivities displayed as POSTERS on mobile, insted of BUTTONS. How can I do it?

It is not possible to disable this feature. This was designed this way since the button can be missed for smaller screens. You are welcome to post a feature request: https://h5p.org/forum/16
