can't reset password

Hi I can't reset my password - I type in my username, but don't get a reset email. I type in my email address and don't get a reset email. I definitely have an account - when i try to open a new account with the same username or email, it tells me that accounts in that username/passowrd already exists. I wonder what the problem is. I'm just not getting a reset email. I'd really like to access my account because I have content in there.

Hi Maria,

Have you checked the spam folder it is quite possible that the e-mail is in there.

Hi BV, yes I have checked in my junk mail folder.... unfortunately it hasn't gone there either. Is it possible that the problem is related to it being an old account? I note that certain activity types are no longer available to holders of h5p.org accounts, and I did have some of those activity types in my account e.g. interactive videos. I wonder if that has got something to do with it?

Hi Maria,

I just tried this with 2 different accounts and both received the password reset link. However I will still bring this up with the website admins.

Hi Vicky,

Please make sure that you are using the e-mail address instead of the username. Also please check the spam folder if the e-mail is there.

Of course :( I have checked all my mailboxes. But the mail does not arrive.

Hi again,  just to say that I have also checked my junk mail folders in my hotmail account, and the reset email never appears. It seems I'm completely locked out of my other account :-( 

Any help would be appreciated.

I also had to create a new account to post :(, I didn't even get the welcome email when I created this new account.

The account I want to recover has the username sara.a.hh
