Video autoplay is not working if video is on first slide in Course Presentation

I've inserted a video on the first slide in Course Presentation. The video is suppose to autoaplay but it won't start if it's on the first slide in Course Presentation. 

Moodle
Chrome Version 90.0.4430.85 on Mac OS 11.2.3.
