Regarding Content Displaying only Half

Hi There,

I have been creating website of my client for past 4-5 months. We have finished it but we are facing issues that . Whenever we used to paste the shortcodes the content doesn't display. Please help!!!! 

I am using astra, and using tutor LMS to create the course. I tried to go to the post section of the guttenburg editor and then tried to edit the post as well but there also we were facing the same issues. Please help us overcome this issue.

Have you checked the browser console if there are any error messages?

Could be a missing resize event (https://h5p.org/manipulating-h5p-with-javascript), could be the theme. Hard to tell even with the console output.

I am using Astra theme . It should be compatible as it is one of the popular theme of the Wordpress. Or if you can suggest for an alternative. Can you help m with this issue?

You'd want to deactivate all plugins and themes (except H5P), check functionality then and afterwards enable plugins and themes one by one in order to find what's causing the issue.

Hey i tried to do it by uninstallim all the plgins and it did work. Thereafter I tried to change the theme, I went with ocean wp and it worked. Now if I move with ocean wp it will ruin my site structure. How to do it? Please help

Hi Shubham,

I guess there are 2 ways to approach this.

  1. Check the settings of the Astra theme to see if it may help. You can also reach out to Astra if they will be able to assist you in getting their theme to show H5P.
  2. Reconfigure yout site with OceanWP.
