Overall feedback isn't showing

Hi,

I hope you can help me to resolve a very particular problem that I have when I use the H5P plugin: if I create a new activity H5P in the "Editor" section, I select the content "Fill in the blanks", the section "Overall feedback" doesn't show the information that should do. If I debug my browser I obtain this error: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined". Also, something very similar happens if I try to change "Interactive video" for "Fill in the blanks": if I debug my browser, it shows "TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined" and "TypeError: tour.destroy is not a function". Please find attached screenshots of both errors.

I use Moodle version 3.5 and 3.10, and before the upgrade of this complement, everything worked ok, so I think maybe it should be a problem regarding this process.

Thanks!

Did this ever get answered?

I have the same problem with a question set using the WordPress H5P Plugin. I seem to get default comments with the final score, not the ones I have entered for my set of ranges.

My previous post needs some clarification.

I was actually confused by the Feedback parameters that are at the end of the Question Set and also under the Finished tab. I had entered both and they were different and that was confusing me. I am thinking that the Finished (lower) version if present is the one that shows if both are filled in, but I haven't tested this. I can see the point of feedback in both places if you follow one question set with another, but mine was on its own.

I have a succesful setup of the WordPress plugin on a domain that many students are using. I have just set up a new WordPress site in a subdomain of the same shared hosting server and installed the H5P plgin - my plan being to separate the training that uses H5p from the main website. My problem is that when I try to Add content, all I get is a "Before you start' message at the top of an therwise blankscreen.

The new plugin is on the same server and herefore has the same PHP settings as the successful plugin) and I have ticked the setting to connect to the Hub. Any suggestions would be welcome.
