WordPress Video Player Issue

Hey there, I'm looking to fix an issue when using h5p videons my WordPress Website.

On the h5p video, when I full screen and then rotate the device on mobile, the toolbar gets cut off and creates difficulty for people watching the video, as they can no longer view their time & it cuts off half the video. See attached for video recreating this.

Let me know if you know of a solution! Thanks.

Hi,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi,

1. Yes you did

2. Version please, different versions may behave differently.

3. I would suggest that you include OS, do you see the same issue with iOS and Android?

4. noted

5. Please indicate the version

6. Sample URL might help

The reason for the clarifications is that this is the first time this issue has been reported in the forums and I am unable to reproduce the issue. So this means that it may not actually be a bug or it only affects a certain set up. If my memory serves me right I think you reached out thorugh email and I suggested that you include informations such as themes used and if a custom CSS was added.

I honestly thought that comment you left originally was just a robot or auto-response, so I apologize about the rudeness in that reply!

The version of the plugin currently 1.15.4. Also yes I tested it on my Android & a friends iOS and it seemed to have the same issue. There isn't too much custom CSS, nothing related to the plugin at least. The theme is also Hello Elementor.

Still no luck, I am unable to reproduce the issue. Maybe you can share a URL of a content that is exhibiting this issue?
