Fill in the Blank + Drag the Word with VIDEO - Mobile Error
Hi there,
I'm currently using Wordpress 6.2.2 and I mostly use Quiz Set to create my courses.
I've noticed the exercise 'Fill in the Blank' and 'Drag the Word' don't work on mobile when I add video and add a visual image. It started happening about two weeks ago and I'm not sure what has changed. I always upload both formats MP4 & WebM. My video is audio only in MP4 and WebM. The message says 'video format not supported'. I tried removing the visual aid and still doesn't work.
H5P Version 1.15.2
I couldn't find the Quiz Set version but it was updated about 2 months ago. Please, let me know how to find it if needed.
I really appreciate your help.
Cheers,
Karine

Hi Karine,Usually, video
Hi Karine,
Usually, video playback problems are related to the video file itself. I.e: there are many ways to generate an mp4 file, and it won't necessarily be optimized for the web. We typically advise people to run their video through a video optimization tool like Handbrake (handbrake.fr) to optimize your video. Handbrake comes with presets, and you could e.g. use "Web -> Vimeo YouTube HQ 1080p60"."
If the issue persists please tell us which browser you used and its version.

Error Persists - Fill in the Blank + Drag the Word with VIDEO -
Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. I've tried what you said and different things and it still doesn't work.
Here is what I did:
- Tried using Handbrake with different Settings e.g. WebM VP8, VP9, and VP10
- Tried creating an MP4 video on iMovie
- Tried creating a new exercise on H5P
- Tried removing the Visual Image
- Tried creating different types of exercises which would have this Video option in the Quiz Set. E.g. multiple choice
All the changes I made didn't affect the results when using the computer - the error only happens on MOBILE.
I have attached a screenshot of the Settings I used last time I tried.
Hope we can find out what is going on.
I really appreciate your help!

Error Persists - Fill in the Blank + Drag the Word with VIDEO
Hi There,
I sent you a message earlier which went out for approval but I just tested some more and realized this same bug happens on Safari as well.
So basically it only works on Chrome.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Karine,
Can you try setting it MP4. Attached is the sample settings. Please note that H5P video/Interactive Video does not make any changes to the video that you upload. It uses the browsers video player.

Fill in the Blank + Drag the Word with VIDEO - Mobile/Safa Error
Hi there,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Unfortunately, it didn't work. It still doesn't work on Safari (desktop) or in any browser on Mobile. I still get the message 'Video format not supported. (attached). It does still work on Chrome (desktop).
I have the latest version HandBrake and the tabs are a bit different but I guess I did it right. I have attached a screenshot of what I have and I used that file to test it and it didn't work. Hopefully, I'm doing something wrong.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Cheers,
Karine

Cannot add tasks to Drag and drop
I'm not able to add the tasks and adjust the drop zones. It just has a warning to "Please specify task size first." Any help is much appreciated.

Hi kismith13,
Have you tried create a new content from scratch? From your screenshots it shows that you already have a task size so I'm suspecting an issue with some sort of browser cache.
If the issue persists please provide the information requested in this forum.
