Whole document shifts when clicking hotspots on right side of document

On a few websites we manage, we are running into a bug with Image Hotspots.

On the sites impacted, when clicking a hotspot on the left side of the image, everything works normally. However, when clicking a hotspot on the right side of image, the whole document shifts out of place and then snaps back (see attached .gif).

This issue is known and has already been fixed (https://h5ptechnology.atlassian.net/browse/HFP-3903),  but it seems that the fix has not yet been released.
