Make the question Listen and write the answer

Dear friends,

I want to create a question type, that user can click on volume button to hear the question and type the short answer. How to do that?

Hi! You're a developer, right? Have you gone through the tutorial for creating content types? I would probably do that and then use the existing content types as examples.
