Interactive book : course presentation option tabs not showing

My collaborator can't see the course presentation option tabs (see image attached) on the activity we are working on together. It's puzzling as I see them on my end. What can we do? Without these options, its impossible to edit slides. Many thanks!

Many thanks very useful information on this link on how to post a bug. I can't reproduce the issue that my collaborator is experiencing myself, no matter what I tryn, so for this post, I could only think of sending a screen shot of what I see that she doesn't see... Anyway, I will see if can be more detailed in the explanation. Thanks

You'll most likely see an error message in the browser's development console (see report template). That's where the gold for investigating this issue lies :-)
