different cards size in Multimedia choice

I tried this on 2 H5P servers and i noticed that when creating multimedia choice activity the last card of the in the row is slightly bigger.
if i set 4 cards in a row - it's always the 4th one, and if i set 3 - it's always the 3rd.

is it a known issue? 
if it's only on my side - how come it happens in two different institution i work for?

Hi NoamYan777,

Yes, this is a known issue. As of the moment there are no resolutions yet and we do not have a timeline when this will be resolved.

I have not checked, but chances are that this will be fixed along with the theming update which is supposed to be released shortly.
